We absolutely stand behind our product. If you receive an item and it does not fit, or does not meet your needs, return it to us, unused with its original packaging and tags, within 30 days for exchange or refund. We do not offer full refunds for used products. If breakage should occur while in use within 90 days, we will replace the part(s),it unless it has obviously been misused/abused.

All orders must be paid at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Electronic Invoice (payable by Visa/Masterdard) PayPal, and Invoice via PaypPal. Oregon does not charge sales tax! Current billing address and phone information must be included in every order.
Here at KUVIA LLC, we strive to deliver you world-class customer service. Shipping your order in a timely fashion is very high on our priority list. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Your order will be shipped within three to ten business days of being placed. We use UPS, FedEx or USPS for shipping. All orders are safely wrapped and ready to travel. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be entered on Monday. KUVIA LLC is closed all major holidays, occasionally Fridays, after heavy snowfall in the mountains or when the wind exceeds 25 knots. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We ship to many locations serviced by US Postal Service International Mail or FedEx. Please note that the shipping rates displayed on our website are only estimates generated by the shopping cart software. When you select International Shipping on your online order form you may not see any charges appear. You will receive a confirmation email with a personalized quote on service via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fed Ex . Your order will be on hold until we receive guidance from you as to which service you prefer. USPS Priority Mail International provides tracking within U.S. borders only. All services are insured. We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain countries.
Please Note :
The Kayaksailor parcel exceeds size limitations for shipping via USPS to many countries including: AUSTRALIA, ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, BULGARIA, CHILE, ISRAEL, NEW CALEDONIA, HUNGARY, MEXICO, SINGAPORE, SLOVENIA, SOUTH AFRICA and others. For shipping to these countries, FEDEX is the courier used.

Tax and Duty
The tax/duty assessment is entirely up to your host country and will be the customer’s responsibility if any is applied.
International Customs often requires duties and taxes. Customs clearance fees may be incurred based on these duties. These levies are not included in the shipping and handling fees we charge and are the responsibility of the receiver.
IMPORTANT: Refunds will not be provided for packages that are undeliverable due to the refusal of the recipient to pay the applied tax/duty.
You can instantly track your order within 24 hours of its shipping from KUVIA LLC. Simply enter the tracking code that was on your shipping confirmation email into the tracking page below and you’ll have a real time update as to your package location.

Regardless of the type of shipping you choose, please be sure to give us a valid shipping address where delivery can be made in the next few days after your order leaves our hands. If the item is returned as undeliverable by the postal service or other carrier, you may be liable for return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. Orders can be canceled anytime. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will not be assessed any cancellation fee. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, KUVIA LLC has the option to charge the customer a 10% restocking and processing fee plus any shipping charges incurred by KUVIA LLC.

E-mail us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and mailing address to return the package.
The RAN number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package.
Write your reason for returning the product and the RAN on the sales receipt or a copy of the sales receipt.
Mail back the remaining product PROMPTLY. Packages with RAN numbers which are NOT received within 10 business days after issue are void and will NOT be honored. Returns that do not include the RAN or are received at the improper address will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
KUVIA LLC warrants this product to be free from major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:
The warranty is valid only when this product is used for normal recreational activities, and does not cover products used in rental or teaching operations. KUVIA LLC will make the final warranty determination, which may require photos and/or inspection of the equipment which clearly show the defect(s). If necessary, this information must be sent to KUVIA LLC postage prepaid. Product can be returned only if a return authorization number (RAN) is given in advance by KUVIA LLC. The RAN number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the package, or it will be refused. If a product is deemed to be defective by KUVIA LLC, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only. KUVIA LLC will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of this product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, sail punctures, rigging modifications, damage due to excessive sun exposure, or damage caused by improper handling, transport and storage, damage caused by use in waves or shore break, or anything other than defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment. The warranty for any repaired or replacement equipment is good from the date of the original purchase only. The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. The name of the retailer and date of purchase must be clear and legible. There are no warranties expressed or implied, which extend beyond the warranty specified herein.
